Superbalist is the only e-commerce store that elevates the palate of design and creative products across Africa. A new platform was designed to allow young, up-and-comers to discover trends, brands and products, creating new ways to shop and share products. A design system was created for various types of rich and retail content across product, as well as a simplified checkout.
With insights on social — Females shopping seasonally, with trends and ambassadors influencing looks and styles. Males are more practical, shopping on occasion, with interest in brand background stories for material, manufacturing and product features. The content was created to span across onsite editorial and social. Collaborating to enable creative thought-leaders, photographers, stylists, bloggers and buyers to tell lifestyle and branded content stories around a range of products.
