The Academy of Protection, Castrol's engine-care property asked us to educate their existing online customer base on the key factors that cause engine damage. Through a mobile site designed to feel like a native app, we used their phones gyroscopic motion sensors and asked them to shake, dip and twist their phones to engage with a series of challenges based on engine maintenance. Once complete successfully, users won weekly incentives.
